- The Campaign, which is organised by MSIG, is open to all Malaysians, Permanent Residents, Work Permit / Employment Pass Holders or otherwise legally employed persons in Malaysia and their Dependants and who have purchased (which shall be referred to as "Policyholders") the eligible insurance product(s) (which shall be referred to as "Insurance Plan"), which is underwritten by MSIG Insurance (Malaysia) Bhd via MSIG Online Website at https://takeiteasy.msig.com.my/MSIGonline ("MSIG's Website") during the Campaign Period. On top of that, each eligible returning policyholders who renew the mentioned eligible insurance plans (which shall be referred to as "Renewal") shall be entitled to receive an additional RM10 e-Wallet Credit.
- Each Policyholder will not be entitled to other Touch 'n Go e-Wallet Credit reward from other MSIG campaign(s) which is/are running concurrently with this Campaign, if any.
- The Touch 'n Go e-Wallet Credit reward will be credited into your e-Wallet associated with mobile phone number provided to MSIG during the application for the Insurance Plan.
- Policyholders must provide accurate contact details. MSIG is not responsible for non-contactable policyholders or invalid Touch 'n Go e-Wallet details and reserves the right to forfeit the Touch 'n Go e-Wallet Credit if necessary.
- Disbursement of Touch 'n Go e-Wallet credit will be arranged one month after the Campaign Period has ended.
