MSIG TravelRight JOM* Insurance is a specially-developed plan for international visitors travelling to Malaysia for leisure up to 90 days. Aside from the basic travel cover such as travel delay, loss of luggage, snatch theft, medical expenses arising from illness and accident, this insurance also provides the required COVID-19 related coverage when you are tested positive for COVID-19 stage 3, 4, or 5** and need to undergo quarantine and obtain treatment in a hospital in Malaysia.
All international visitors who are between thirty-one (31) days and eighty (80) years of age travelling to Malaysia for leisure are eligible to apply.
*JOM is a local colloquial term in Malaysia which translates to “Let’s go!??, e.g. “Jom travel to Malaysia/ Let’s go travel to Malaysia??. As such, it is an invitation to come to Malaysia and indulge in the wonderful sights, stories as well as authentic local flavours that are unique to Malaysia.
